The terms governing use of the UoKCSA website and member portal.
Acceptance of terms
By using this website and the member portal, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform. These terms apply to all visitors and members of University of Kabianga Catholic Students' Association.
Membership
Membership is granted subject to the association's constitution and the approval of the Executive Committee. Membership may be suspended or withdrawn where a member acts contrary to the association's values or rules.
Certificates
Certificates are issued only by authorised administrators. Forging, altering or misrepresenting a UoKCSA certificate is prohibited. Verification is provided through the official verification page.
Bookings and services
Bookings for the choir, PA system and other services are subject to availability and confirmation by the relevant ministry. The association reserves the right to decline or cancel a booking.
Content
Content on this site — including text, images and liturgical resources — is provided for the association's purposes. Do not reproduce or distribute content without permission. Where third-party or licensed material is used, it is attributed.
Limitation of liability
The association provides this platform in good faith but accepts no liability for loss arising from its use. Where information is unverified, it is marked for update.
Changes
These terms may be updated. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
