Certificates

UoKCSA certificates

Certificates recognise membership, ministry service, leadership and volunteer contribution. They are issued only by authorised administrators — members cannot self-generate official certificates.

Types

Certificate categories

Certificate of Membership

Issued to members in good standing of the association.

Choir Ministry Certificate

Recognises service in St. Augustine's UoK Chaplaincy Choir.

Leadership Service Certificate

Issued to executive and ministry leaders on completion of service.

Volunteer Recognition Certificate

Recognises outstanding voluntary service and outreach.

Process

How a certificate is issued

Apply

A member requests a certificate through the member portal, selecting the certificate type and providing the supporting details.

Admin reviews

An authorised administrator verifies the member's standing and the request before issuing the certificate.

Issued with a QR

Each issued certificate carries a unique certificate number and a QR code linking to its public verification record.

Verified publicly

Anyone can confirm a certificate's authenticity on the verification page by entering its number.

Certificate issuance and verification are managed by the association. Information to be updated until the member portal and admin system are activated.

Confirm a certificate is genuine

Enter a certificate number on the verification page to check that it was issued by UoKCSA and is still valid.
