Born in Sudan and enslaved as a child, Josephine Bakhita later found freedom and became a Canossian Sister. Her life bears witness to human dignity, healing, forgiveness and hope in God.
How a session runs
Each meeting opens with prayer, reads the passage aloud, allows time for personal reflection, then shares what each member heard. The leader closes with intercessions and a short summary for the week ahead.
