Faith across generations and family life
Patron story and spiritual focus
Christian tradition honours Anne as the mother of the Blessed Virgin Mary and grandmother of Jesus. She represents patient faith, the passing on of wisdom and the sacred work of nurturing families.
How a session runs
Each meeting opens with prayer, reads the passage aloud, allows time for personal reflection, then shares what each member heard. The leader closes with intercessions and a short summary for the week ahead.
